AlpsDopa will have a normal working time starting from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on regular working days.
Special study hours under the supervision of subject experts will follow as stipulated by the Principal from time to time. It is the responsibility of day scholar students to arrive before the class begins. Strict punctuality is mandatory and should be ensured by both students and parents.
Daily attendance will be monitored using a Biometric Punching System. Parents will receive automated SMS notifications regarding their child's attendance. Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against students who fail to comply with the prescribed school timings.
Unauthorized absenteeism will not be tolerated except in cases of serious medical conditions. Such absences must be supported by a valid medical certificate issued by a competent medical officer.
